Whatever you call it – belly pan, skid plate, under-cover – something has been going chronically wrong with the one on my Tesla Model X.
How many visits to a Tesla service center will it take to fix this one?
I just got my Tesla Model X back from the Oakville service center at the beginning of this month (April 2021). It seemed like they did a good job fixing the ride-height (air-suspension), and aligning doors, panels, and trim. However, having sent photos of the panel underneath the vehicle prior to the last service visit, I still got it back with the panel partially detached and looking like this:
